The objects set out in our constitution are to conserve the environment, wildlife and cultural heritage of Balickera, Italia Road and surrounding areas for the enjoyment of residents, the community and future generations, including by opposing industry and development (including quarries) that may result in a detrimental impact on the local area by:

loss of natural habitat and biodiversity,

increased traffic, noise, vibration, pollution of air, water or land

change to the ambience and character of the rural setting,

loss of cultural heritage.

Policy of not acting as a conduit

Save Balickera Inc also has a policy that any allocation of funds or property to other persons or organisations will be made in accordance with the
established purposes of the organisation and will not be influenced by the preference of the donor. Save Balickera Inc will not pass a donation of money or property to other organisations, bodies or persons as a condition of a donation.
